Addis Ababa Leadership Academy will hold its 5th Annual National Research Conference on the Theme “Research for Urban Leadership & Smart City Development!” from 31 May-1 June 2025. Submission Guidelines
- Abstract paper should not exceed 250-300 words
- The main paper to be submitted should not exceed 4,500 words
- Papers should include Name of Author/s and Title, Institutional Affiliation, Telephone number, e-mail and Telegram address.
- Papers will be submitted via the Academy’s e-mail: leadership@aala.edu.et
